TaKira L. Cooksey is an author, speaker and visionary. She humbly serves alongside her husband, Pastor M. Keith Cooksey and stands as his chief intercessor and advocate.
Mrs. Cooksey has a distinguished transformational ministry and a sought after orator. As a woman of prayer and excellence she encourages and inspires others to develop an intimate relationship with Christ. Her biblically-grounded knowledge, passion for spiritual excellence, commitment to prayer, unleashed worship, out of the box thinking, unique and charismatic style has allowed her to share and touch the lives from all walks of life. Her keep it real boldness, compassionate heart and humble spirit has made her a distinct vocal sound and inspiration who influence women through biblical principles, guidance, resources, support and messages of empowerment.
The Humanitarian & Outreach Service include reaching at risk youth and youth with disabilities by coaching and sponsoring them to become active participants in programs such as Amateur Athletic Union, Texas Amateur Athletic Federation and Special Olympics Texas. Her service continues by actively participating to address the spiritual needs of the incarcerated through Prison Ministry. She also serves in various outreach ministries and organizations such Literacy, AIDS, Human Trafficking Prevention, Suicide Prevention and Disaster Recovery.
